Refund Policy

Returns

After you receive your order, you have up to 14 days to return your product(s). However, we will need to inspect the product(s) to ensure it is not damaged or defective before we can process the return. For items with no issues or defects, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your store credit refund. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that for approved returns on items with no issues or defects we only issue store credit. Refunds to your original payment method are available only if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for used, test-fitted, modified, painted, or installed parts. Additionally, products that are marked "made to order" are not eligible for return, exchanges, or refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please email us at vorteqcarbon@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept returned items without prior authorization. For incorrect, damaged, or defective items we will require videos and photos of the issue. If the item returned has been used or modified, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Exchanges

After you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to exchange your product(s). We will need to inspect the product(s) to ensure it is not damaged or defective before we can process the exchange. Exchanges only apply to items of the same order value. Items that are "made to order" will not be eligible for exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost to ship the item back to us and the cost to ship the replacement item to the customer. To start an exchange, please email us at vorteqcarbon@gmail.com for assistance. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept exchanged or returned items without prior authorization.

Cancel an Order

For items that are "made to order": May be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. If the 24 hour period has passed, there are no exceptions for order cancellation due to the process of custom-made goods.

For items that are not "made to order": May be cancelled only within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. If the 24 hour period has passed and the item has not shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if the order has been shipped and you would still like to cancel, please email us vorteqcarbon@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returned items without prior authorization.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and report the issue. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving any issues, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we'll issue a refund for the cost of the item, minus any applicable fees (such as restocking fees or shipping fees). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Please allow 7-10 business days (depending on your bank/financial institution) for the refund to be processed.
