STANDARD, IN-STOCK ITEMS (EXCLUDES “MADE TO ORDER”):
Standard products ship from Vorteq Carbon’s California fulfillment center within three (3) business days of order confirmation. For domestic U.S. orders, estimated delivery takes between one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the destination. Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
International orders ship either from from Vorteq Carbon’s California fulfillment center or our overseas facility in Taiwan, with estimated shipping ranging from seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days. These timelines may vary based on customs clearance and local delivery conditions in the destination country. Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
CUSTOM (“MADE TO ORDER”) ITEMS:
Products designated as “Made to Order” within the product listing and/or description are classified as custom-made goods. These items are manufactured specifically per individual order and are subject to an estimated lead time of one (1) to six (6) weeks to allow for production, quality control, and packaging for shipment from our overseas manufacturing facility in Taiwan.
Estimated production timeframes may be outlined in the product description; however, customers are welcome to contact Vorteq Carbon for the most current and accurate lead time estimates.
Please note: Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, custom orders may not be cancelled, modified, or returned once the production process has commenced.
HANDLING TIME:
For standard in-stock (non-custom) items, orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase confirmation. Customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking information to become active following receipt of the shipping confirmation.
For custom-made (“Made to Order”) products, please allow up to one (1) to six (6) weeks to accommodate production, quality control inspections, and overseas logistics prior to shipment. Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
For international shipments of custom-made goods, tracking may not update until the package has cleared customs in the destination country. Customers are advised to allow additional time for tracking visibility and delivery.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
Customers may submit a request to modify or cancel their order within twenty-four (24) hours of the original order placement. Vorteq Carbon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, submission within this time frame does not guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If the order has already entered production or has been shipped, the request cannot be honored, and the order will proceed as originally placed.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER:
If a package is returned to sender (us) due to missed delivery attempts, refusal, an incorrect shipping address, or failure to sign for the package, it will be processed as a standard return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied, along with any return postage fees incurred during the return process. It is the customer’s responsibility to accept their package or coordinate any necessary delivery changes with the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or returns. If your order has been returned to sender and you would like it reshipped, please contact us immediately. Additional shipping fees may apply.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
Vorteq Carbon utilizes reputable shipping carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery of all shipments. Carrier selection is determined at the sole discretion of Vorteq Carbon based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments generally arrive within seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days, depending on the destination and applicable customs clearance procedures.
Important Notice: Customers are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other regulatory charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be settled by the recipient. Vorteq Carbon bears no responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance.
